How to fax a report by group

Is there a way to set a report such that the user can fax (by group) with one click of the print command button.This report is grouped by customers with differing fax numbers.

I am having the same problem with not much luck.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have a data base set up with customers and their areas of work.&nbsp;&nbsp;when I have a project that includes their area I would like to fax them a form saying.&nbsp;&nbsp;Hey I have a job are you interested.&nbsp;&nbsp;I am having no luck!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;You can do it through WinFax Pro and that is what I am probably going to end up doing.&nbsp;&nbsp;But you really can not esprt all the data in the exact format you need it in.&nbsp;&nbsp;Depending on your fax delima you may be able to set up an automatic mail merge to Word and use the fax option in there to determine the fax number field and send out that way.&nbsp;&nbsp;Let me know if you solve it I am reacking my brain over this one.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I have a report that prints jobs for different customers and the ideal is to fax to each customer these available jobs.My thought was to use the inbuilt windows program to fax.DougP,can you throw me some pointers on how I could use Winfax Pro to achieve this.I'm gonna do a little research here.
