How to extract a window's contetent for per-pixel postprocessing ?

Hello,

I'd like to extract a window's contetent for per-pixel postproceesing, or to post-process something written(by my application) to a windows dc.
I don't wish tho use Getpixel(), because is to slow.

If you work with pixels use GetPixel, else you can use BegDIBits in combination with BitBlt and some other GDI functions
