Hi,
In the UK we have many National directory enquires providors all using 118xxx as the access number xxx = each providors own number. I recently forced all my Meridians to send any 118xxx dialled digits to one provider by altering the SPN 1 table.
SPN 1
Flen 0
RLI 1
SDRR ARRN
ARRN 18
ARLI 2
The RLI 2 references a DMI which deletes the 118xxx then inserts 118707 my preffered providor.
This works perfectly except that now some users are asking to be able to call a special International directory enquiries which is 118505. I cannot fathom a way to easily
put this exception in other than building every possible 118 number into the ARRN tables.
Any ideas ?
