how to extend rings

Hi,

I'm new to this system and need some help, I have an extension that i would like to extend the rings from 4 to until some one will pickup with out going to VM, my system Merlin Magix WinSPM Release 8.0

Sounds like you want to turn off voicemail to the extension.
Perhaps you can assign a vm cover off button to the extension.
When on there is no voicemail coverage for the extension.
