How to Export Winsock control

Hi

I've used the winsock control in VB (MS Winsock control 6.0)& a bloke across the hall wants to use it in access 97, but it isnt included in his installation.

Can I export the control to him? I've found a winsock.dll on my machine. Can I just copy this over and run regsvr32?
