How to export to make a QuickTime.mpg

This is probably a very simple question for you seasoned professionals. I need to export a Premiere movie with video and sound and have it come out as a QuickTime.mpg. I don't want much, if any, compression. The final size doesn't matter because it is going on to a CD.

Keep in mind, file size WILL matter. Playing video off of a CD at full resolution is going to be tough *without jitters or whatnot*. So, scale it down to a smaller resolution, then go to export>movie. At the bottom of that screen, go to settings. There, you can change what format you want it to be exported under.
