How to export to Excel in 6.5

Hello all,
Very new to Goldmine so I need some help here if possible. I was wondering how I can extract information like Company, Contact 1, Address, Phone Number and more importantly email to an Excel spreadsheet using Goldmine 6.5 and Excel 2007. Any help or other suggestions would be helpful. It does not have to be Excel but it would be nice if it was something that could be easily read by other people on other computers.

You can do this very easily with Stonefield Query:

Go to Tools|Import Export|Export

Select to export to a .DBF file
Pick the fields to be exported
Export
