Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me here. I've been writing up a technical report for the database. My question is whether there is a way of extracting/exporting all the tables including attributes and their types, queries, forms and reports into (don't know) a word document where we can view, cut and paste. This way is a lot easier than writing them all down.

Thank you in advance

Thank you PHV and TomCologne for your replies.

Thank you for the link. That mdbDoc actually works. However, it doesn't give the codes for each of the functions. Is there a way of getting both the functions and their codes altogether?

Thank you in advance

You may (or may not) be aware that the source code is included within the mdb doc distribution; its a simple matter to include the code in the output rather than just the number of lines of code.

Use the section that brings up the sub and function code, and keep adding the content to a variable, then write this to another column in the output file. Its not difficult for any competent VB/VBA programmer to do.

(says the developer of the addin).
