How to export recordings from embedded voicemail to vmpro?

Having fully prepared IP Office (7.0), with embedded voicemail and various auto attendants including their various announcements, we may need to change to VMPRO. Is it possible to extract the various attendant announcements from the IPO (including browsing the SD card etc), and import them into VMPRO? If so how? Or do the announcements have to be recorded again? If it's possible, this could save a whole lot of time.

We can convert from wav to c11, but not other way around yet .

Probably no more than 10 (3 welcome depending on time of day), main AA, directions, opening hours, pricing AA, standard prices, concessionary prices, other prices). I don't know which files on the sd card. Can you help at all please?

I believe that Sox as installed on the application can be used

IIRC the speech files in the VM Pro RPM are stored in c11 format & converted as part of the install process.

Could you call the existing IPO with embedded from your own IPO with VM Pro, and use Call Recording to get the audio. Cut and splice in Audacity, then upload to the new VM Pro.
