Hi!
After finishing a Premiere 6.5 Project, what's the correct setting to export it to AVI? Up to now, all my projects were quick ones, but it consumes a lot of time to get exported - for example, a 5-minute project took 2 hours to be exported into a AVI file, compatible with TMPGenc. As I'm planning to work on long projects, It's important to keep the whole process as fast as possible.
Thanks

If you're exporting from Premiere into TMPGenc, then it is much easier to use a frame server rather than an intermediate file.

I use the pluginpac frame server from
It's extremely easy to set up and compatible with all versions of Premiere up to PPro. Just follow the instructions.

You just send the timeline or work area to pluginpac, and tell TMPGenc to read from pluginpac, and away you go.

Thank you Akribie, your tip was really handy!
Thanks
