how to export in excel with a perfect allignment

hi,
When i export from crystal report to excel. some of numeric data's are comming in different column (not comming in proper column as shown in crystal report) . These are sub totals (group) in the report.

I am using excel 97 and crystal report 6.0.


any body can help?

I can't help! because I have never been able to get crystal report to hand my data off to any other application, excel, word, etc without it screwing up the data.

Sorry, but if you ever find a way I'd like to know.

Try following for info on CRW 6.0 export to Excel.

I'm using CRW 8.0 plus Saving As CRW 7.0. Seems to work ok. You might also try "Exporting To Excel" for version 8.
