HOW TO EXPORT DISTRIBUTION LIST INFORMATION INTO TEXT FILE

Any ideas how I can automatically export the name of adistribution list and its members (users) into a text file?

I'm using Exchange 5.5 and want to print off all my distribution lists so they can be checked by other people.

In Exchange Admin - TOOLS>DIRECTORY EXPORT. Set the options to export all DLs in the container. Specify a TXT file as the output.

Is there a way to do this client-side, such as from Outlook? I've tried to export the Contact list from Outlook, but this only exports the individual addresses in my Contact list, not any of the distribution lists. Is there a way to get the distribution lists? Thanks for any help! Everything is absolute. Everything else is relative.
