How to execute job from Command Prompt and capture the Return Code?

Let me have your feedback on this please..

I have created a job to delete some records from a table, using a SQL statement.
Now, I want to execute this job by running a .bat file and capture its exit satus.
So, I have created a SQL script of the job (attached below).
How should my .bat script look, so that when I run it (the script) to execute the job and capture its exit code?
