I'm not much of an expert on FTP. Could anyone give me an example of how to FTP something from a Win 2000 scheduled task?

For example, we have a scheduled interface running. At the end of that process, I want a task to ftp certain files to an ftp server. It's almost like I just need instructions for how to use FTP in a DOS batch file.

Does anyone have any ideas, or recommendations for good resources on this?

Thanks,

Steve Battisti

Right, a BAT file would work great, but I guess what I'm saying is I don't know enough about command-line FTP to write the BAT file, so I'm looking for examples or resources that might show what it looks like...

Thanks!

ftp -?

It tells you the parameter that allows you to specify a file with ftp commands.
