how to execute DOC files?!?

i would like to open a DOC, or XLS files on a form?!? can you give me the exact syntax on opening one...

i can open an EXE file by using 'Call Shell' method.. how about DOC and XLS files?!? thnx very much

Set your references to Word object library, then check out the help on wdOpenDocument, I believe. Good look!
