Hi

Sorry if this sounds easy to you, but can someone explain I do the following?

Open your preferred sql administrator like phpMyAdmin and execute the included SQL file of this pack:

The file name is star_product.sql

I have acces to phpMydmin and currently involved in an Oscommerce website project and wish to add an "Add-on" to it.

I am ok with changing structures to the tables within but have no experience of the above in bold.

Thank you guys

Hi Feherke

Thank you for the quick response. In phpmyadmin there is an SQL icon which I have clicked on. This opens up a window with the folloing:

Run SQL query/queries on database...

Do I type in what you have suggested in that box and click on go?

If this is correct, where do I upload (any specific folder?) the star_product.sql to?

Thank you

Open the .sql file in your text editor of choice, and copy its contents into the "Run SQL query/queries on database..." box, then click Go.

Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.

Hi vacunita

Thank you for the response which made it clear. There is an error message showing on the webpage thats related to this project, but thats something we need to sort out.

Glad to have helped.

Looks like you're sorted out OK, but for the record ....

- In PHPMyAdmin, go to the SQL tab,

- Below the Run SQL query/queries box there should be a box titled "Or Location of the textfile:"

- You can type in the filespec of your .sql file there, or use the Browse button to find it.

- Hit the Go button to process the contents of the file.

That works fine for me in version 2.6.0
