How do you set things up so that user calendars (for instance) don't get emails from the "All Staff" distribution query group. All Staff distribution query group sends to all e-mail recipients. It's ok if I have to exclude each one (calendar) as they are not in any kind of a group. Thanks in advance.

You can set the full recipient filter via Powershell if you want to get really fancy.

I generally put all resource mailboxes in a separate OU, and filter around it. The OU it uses is on the "filter" tab in EMC. Put the excluded mailboxes outside of that.

Plan for performance, and capacity takes care of itself. Plan for capacity, and suffer poor performance.
