How to Estimate how long a Restore will take?

I am using Arcserve V12 on a Windows 2003 Server.

Is there anyway that I can work out how long a Restore is going to take before I start it.

Once I kick the restore off that info becomes available when I double click on the job but I want a rough estimate of how long it will take so I can plan are DR options.

It will take at least as long as the backup and almost for sure at least a little longer.
