The signature step in OpenText workflow only allows the signing of 1 file in the attachments list. I was told that this is by design. Does anyone know how to get around this and sign multiple files.

you could possibly take a look at the single step stuff that works, provide a customization so you would do your business reqs.
All this can only be done by a oscripter and a better than novice level. You can approach vendors a few that I know are very strong oscript shops

Donna Nalls, WisteriaIT
Jeff Lang, Global Cents
Bo Warburton,Supai systems

there is a boat load of oscript shops that work on adding power to the rather mundane aspects of livelink workflow.A fellow colleague and esteemed friend Greg Griffits has his own company adservio consulting. If he does specilaize in this work he will probably help as well.

BTW I would get a senior person like Andre Roy or Ryan Long to corroborate what supports says about the single file step disadvanatage.
I don't like esign nor do I work with it but I am sure I understand what esign components are some of them are done by java code and some by adlib that kind.

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
