I am trying to enter the characters like ©¬, ¥á in a text box that is present in a datawindow. Anybody know how to do this data entry. I know some systems allow keyboard combinations like Alt + some numbers to do this work.

TKJames,

You may create a visual-object such as the one you would find in the Microsoft Word for inserting special Symbols with buttons to copy/paste the selected char into the dw field. You may create it as an external dw and populate it yourself manually or store the values in a table and retrieve them into a dw/dddw. I would store the values in a table so it is easy/dynamic.

Hi,
If you just want to add a few characters, you can use a rich text control and key in the hex value of the character you want and then press ALT+X
