How to enable WebDav? 1

Got this error:

The WebDAV server extensions are disabled on SMS distribution point "["Display=\\SLS20008\"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=001"]\\SLS20008\".

As a result, clients will not be able to use BITS support on the SMS distribution point. To enable BITS support, enable the WebDAV server extension from the Web Service Extensions node in the Internet Information Services (IIS) administrative tool.

How does one do this?

I didnt have a WebDav virtual directory so i had to use the following link to set it up.
