How to enable port 702 for outgoing traffic?

Hi all

I have tried to install smartcard readers on my workstation behind the checkpoint firewall but it requires me to enable port 702 for outgoing traffic.

Appreciate that someone could advise me how should I proceed about doing it eg on what kind of rule to add to the policy?
