How to enable internal Call Waiting tone

We are having a MD110 with BC11.
When calling an in use extension the caller gets 'busy' in the display of the digital telephone, but the called extension does not get a tone that another one is calling him.

How can we enable this feature? Is it possible?
I already tried to enable intrusion in the SERV parameters, but without succes...

When you get "busy" you have to use the suffix digit of parnum 21.
