How to enable Hands Free on Norstar M7310

Hello forum.
We just moved the office and taken our Norstar system with us.
Our phones are Norstar M7310 type. In old office we had the Hands Free calls but in the new office for some reason this feature is off. When I want to do a call without picking up a receiver I can get the line, dial the number, hear the person answering on other end, but the microphone in my phone is disabled - the person on other end can't hear me talking.

Is there any settings to be changed on the phone so mic will start functionning again?

Adding "Hands-free" capability to a phone:
Switch type: Compact 308,Compact 616,Modular 824,MICS
Software level: DR5 / DR5.1 / R1T1 / 1.0 / 1.1

1) Press FEATURE * * 2 6 6 3 4 4
2) Enter Password: 2 6 6 3 4 4
Display will read: " A. Configuration"
3) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "B. General Admin"
4) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "1. Sys speed dial"
5) Press: NEXT until you see "5. Capabilities"
6) Display will read: "5. Capabilities"
7) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Dialing Filters"
8) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "Set Abilities"
9) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Show set: ___"
10) Enter the Extension number you wish to make changes to.
Display will read: "Set Filter: ##"
11) Press: NEXT until you see "Full Handsfree:N"
12) Press the CHANGE softkey
13) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "Auto Handsfree:N"
14) Press the CHANGE softkey
15) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "HF Answerback:N"
16) Press the CHANGE softkey
17) Press: NEXT
18) Press the RLS key.

2) Enter Password: 2 6 6 3 4 4
Display will read: " Terminals & Sets"
3) Press: Show
Display will read: "Show Set"
Enter the extension number that you want to change
4) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "The extension number and the current name"
5) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Line Access"
7) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "Capabilities"
8) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Fwd no Answer"
9) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "Fwd on Busy"
10) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "DND on Busy"
11) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "Handsfree:__"
Press the Change "softkey" until you see Auto
12) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "HF anserback: __"
Press the change "softkey" until you see Y
