How to enable G722 on DT900 terminal SV9500

I have 2 new DT900 terminals (ITK-24GC). Their brochures says they can do the wide-band codec of G722, yet, when I called another IP phone, a DT800 which should also support it, they picked G711. I don't know how to make them pick G722. Need help with that.

I have a 462 page DT700/DT800/DT900 resource manual, but doing a quick search didn't lead me anywhere.
I programmed these phones like any other DTerm SIP for the last 10 years: AISTL - AKYD - ANDD - AMAC - ADKS. Nothing more, nothing less than prior phones.

Can anyone help?

ALOCL and AIVCL - Set location ID's in ALOCL and in AIVCL under Setting of Payload drop down menu select G722. This will set G722 for all calls between the two network addresses used in ALOCL.
