How to enable ftp access to BC11.0/SP14

Hi,

I have a md110 with BC11.0/SP14 with a niu working to use with telnet, when I try to connect using ftp the ftp client say remote server close the connection.

I try restarting the unit ftp, but does not work.

NIU1 - 001-0-22 - - IN SERVICE
NIU1 TERMINAL-1 001-0-22-1 - MML - 7
NIU1 TERMINAL-2 001-0-22-2 - MML - 7
NIU1 TERMINAL-3 001-0-22-3 - MML - 7
NIU1 TELNET 001-0-22-4 - NETWORK/MML - 7

Any idea to fix it or what i'm doing in the wrong way?

if telnet works and FTP not, restart your NIU (HW reset).
