how to enable DCH monitoring in Succesion 4

I can't monitor DCH channels despite they are enabled
.stat mon
DCH MON ON
DCH 002 : MSGI - ENBL MSGO - ENBL (UIPE)
DCH 003 : MSGI - ENBL MSGO - ENBL (UIPE)

commands:
.set msgi 2 mon 0
.set msgo 2 mon 0
.rst mon
don't help.
it happends after upgrade from Succesion 3 to 4.
Sometimes through certain time people calling from outsite hear busy tone, it should be in idle status

Is your TTY/PTY set with MTC? If you do not have the MTC option you do not see the messages
