How to enable database logging?

Hello all,

I have imported a database and each time I want to execute a stored procedure I get: Error: Transaction not available. I searched for this error and it seems I must have logging enabled. Can you please tell me how to do that? I am running Informix Dynamic Server Express Edition on Windows.

use ontape to set logging mode ontape -s -U dbname

forgot to mention I'm using IDS on an AIX box so I'm not sure how you'd accomplish ontape -s -U dbname on a Windows server ... sorry
