How to enable cookies

Hello all

I just downloaded IE6. My cookies are not enabled. I did this :
tools-options-privacy-advanced and enabled all. Still it won't work. I restarted the system. It won't work. A messages pop up saying " Cookies not enabled" "Login cookie not enabled" etc...

Please help me as I am downloading an important thing right now.

First, go to Tools->Internet Options->Settings->View Files and delete all cookies (in case one is corrupted).

Back on the Privacy Tab (Tools->Options), click advanced and make sure you also have both checkboxes ticked:

"Override automatic cookie handling"

-AND-

"Always allow session cookies"
