Hi NEAX Gurus,

I have created a new route on my NEAX 7400 ICS PABX. This new trunk route is connected to an FXO/FXS Voice Gateway (D-Link) going to our VoIP. The communication between our VoIP and PABX is working well. However, there is no CDR coming out from the serial port. I have configured the new trunk route as follows:

OSGS 2
ONSG 3
ISGS 1
INSG 3
TF 3
TCL 4
LT 1
RLP 2
TQ 1
SMDR 0 (if I enter 1, the call disconnects after 5 seconds)
SMDR2 1
LSG 5
ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS = 0

Just additional information, the other routes were giving out CDR. Is there something that I should configure on my FXS/FXO D-Link Voice Gateway? What is meant by ORT in the SMDR configuration?

SMDR: Detailed Billing Information (0/1)
(CDN = 10) 0: SMDR Out of Service (ORT not required)
1: SMDR In Service (ORT required for receiving dialed digits)

CDN 10 SMDR needs to be a 1 without it you will not get the call records.

Thanks 3racefan3! Do you have any idea what is causing the line to disconnect when I enter 1 in SMDR?

Anyone from the group who is interested in solving this weird problem? I have tried to seperate one of our working C.O. trunk. I've created a trunk route by copying the existing and working trunk route. But the problem is still the same. No CDR and the call disconnects after 5 seconds. PLEASE HELP.
