How to embed scripts in HTML instead of JavaScript

I don't think you can in the way that the title of this post suggests. That is, I'm pretty sure the script tag, even in HTML5, won't support Tcl scripts. However, the embed tag in HTML5 (didn't exist in HTML4) might let you do it but you'll definitely need, or the user will definitely need, a Tcl plugin, [URL unfurl="true"]http://www.tcl.tk/software/plugin/[/url]
On the server side, if your server supports Tcl you can use Tcl CGI. Take a look at the ncgi package in tcllib.
