How to email a form

I created a form and I was wondering how to eamil the entire form without having to save it and then send it as an attachment in an email. Basically I just want to have a button I press and it sends the form automatically.

what mail prog is supporterted (ASPmail,CDONTS,Jmail etc.)?
or plain HTML <mailto:bih@bih.com>

I created the form in Dreamweaver. The form is basically HTML. The mail program supported is Microsoft Outlook (Exchnage Server).
