How can I send an Email using OUTLOOK from VFP?

Do you have Outlook available? If so it's pretty easy. Are you figuring on attaching the file or incorporating it into the body of the e-mail?

I've got Outlook 2002 and there's a help file named VBAOL10.chm. Different versions of Outlook will have different names. Just search for VBAOL*. This help file will show the details on how to automate Outlook. Bear in mind that it's written for VBA so there will have to be a little syntax translation to make it work in VFP. If you want samples, just ask.

Outlook express, unfortunately, can't be automated, so you'll have to go another route. I believe there's also a strictly VFP mail .dll, but I haven't used it, so I'll leave it to someone else to explain.
