I am using Access 2003. On my report I have text boxes for display and they are quite large becuase there may potentially be a lot of text that was entered from the form, that I want to display.
The problem is that if people only write one line of text for example, the report leaves a large gap between this large text box, and the next large text box I have below it.
As mentioned, I need to have the large text boxes because I have to show all of the text the users may have entered from the form.
Is there a way to make it so if they don't fill all of the space in that box, that the next field below it on my report could be displayed higher, so that it would leave less of a gap of blank space in between the output fields on my report?
