How to eleminate empty lines from printing labels?

I am trying to print/preview mail labels, but in some of them are there are empty lines because I have a few lines in the label including [street] and [street2] (in case the adrees is too long). But not all addresses need the [street2] to be filled. What can I do to make these (empty) lines dissapear it these particular labels??

Set the field properties of "can shrink" and "can grow" to true for those fields. Maq B-)
