How to eject tapes from Qualstar 8211 robot via Networker

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to physically eject a tape from a Qualstar 8211 robot via Networker 7.3.x ?

I can eject/withdraw the tape from the nw gui and the the physical tape is moved to the top of the robot (just behind the eject door) But how can I get out the tape though the ejectdoor?
