How to eject cleaning tape out of Seagate stt3401a

uh, oh... we were having a problem with our Seagate STT3401A tape drive.... tapes would not stay in... kept ejecting...

I unloaded all the Backup Exec services, and tapes still ejected, so it looked like a hardware issue.

I inserted a cleaning tape, and now the little green light is continually flashing, and the tape wont eject.

How can I force eject this tape?

Also, is there a command I can execute remotely that will *insert* a tape if it's out?

We got it... we just re-started the server, and the cleaning tape ejected itself.
