GroupWise 5.5 I took over for the last administrator who is not available for support. He set up a group for our school we used to send email to all faculty/staff members. This year some people have left and new people were brought on. I cannot find any help or locations to edit this address book deleting old and adding new. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How to edit group in shared address book

Is this a distribution list or a group in one of your address books? If it is a Distribution List go to NW Admin > open the GroupWise view > in the lower window (at the top) are tool bar like objects. One is a picture of 2 people, that is the distribution lists. Click on it, then on the list name below for properties. Then choose membership. You can also make your own group in an address book and share it if you wish.
