Hello,
I have just started getting familiar with this (OO) suite, Calc showed me an amazing trick that I want to learn to control.
I type proposals all day in Excel2002/XP. To speed things up, I created a list of standard items and placed them below the printed portion of the sheet. This way, I start typing and AutoComplete fills in the rest.
Much to my amazement, when I opened my standard blank Excel proposal in Open Office Calc all those words I placed in the AutoComplete list below the cell became available as a right-click Selection List! No more typing! I just need to get a few other cells to show the Selection Lists I want to see when I right click>Selection List.
There are also a few choices I would like to NOT appear in the list.
What I seek are the keys to the Selection List Kingdom.
Thanks,
Tony
