How to download personal directory from element manager to remote pc

Hi I am facing problem while downloading personal directory from signalling server to my laptop.
I allready go to IP Network+ Server Configuration+then assign IP of ELAN and click submit. After a while it gave me data save sucessfull. Then I access FTP Software and get connected. I receive 9 folders from element manager.

I want to know exactly which particular file I must download and from which folder?

I would appreciate if someone help me in this regard.
