how to download license

I haven't done many so I was waiting on others to confirm.
Basically you create an App Record for your customer (Create customer if not already done)
You would then assign your licenses to this app record.
Once this is done you have to manually set the hardware ID which is normally on the compact flash and download your license file and upload it to the 5000.
