How to download and install IY patch fixes?

Hi Folks

This is the first time I have to download an aix patch/fixes, do you know the website I can download the fixes (IY30886)?

Does it come with instructions on how to install it?

For your information, I am using AIX 5.2 (some say this fix should be included this version?)

5.2.0.0
# instfix -ik IY30886
There was no data for IY30886 in the fix database.

You would install it like any other package. installp.

Where would I get the fixes or package from?

Is this fix included on 5.2 cds?

This is very new to me.
