How to downgrade mdac_typ28 to mdac_typ27 on Windows Server 2003

Is there way to downgrade mdac_typ28 to mdac_typ27 on Windows Server 2003. We need this for some compatibility problem. After install of mdac_typ27.exe (with some workaround to install it at all) component checker shows again mdac_typ28.

We have solved this with Oracle ODBC driver. No help needed any more.
