how to doawnload sites to my HDD 1

With WinCrash i downloaded sites by shareware programs, i had started to work with linux since last year and i love it, i want to download sites to my disk so i can browse them off line at home (because the connexion here is so expensive !!!)
Any suggestion is welcome ;-)

I al using linux (specially RedHat) since 1 year and i love it : so many apps free with source code !!!, and it's very stable !!!
