Hi,

I have 3 attendant consoles in a hunt group. Now, I want to do simple call handling. This is my requirement. I want such that if all 3 consoles are busy or after 4 rings no one will answer the call in the console it will go to one extension or another hunt group number.

How to do this?

Please help me out.
