How to do intellisense like combo box

Hello, Iam trying to do something like the intellisense behavior. If youve noticed, when writing code, a window suddenly appears for you to select an option or keep typing. But the window where you are typing doesnt loose focus & the window with the combolist looks activated.

How to do this?
