How to do Automatic creation of reports or instaces by dynamic list. 1

Hi to all , i have a report with section "NAME" , this section is dynamic because the population of this field in the universe is changing all the time,
it can be 10 NAMEs or 100 NAMEs - and so is the number of sections.
i need to send mail for each NAME , that include only the part of it's section , not all report with all sections.
is it possible ?
