How to do a Table of Contents 1

Hi all, was wondering if anyone could help. I have a report which details a price list in a fairly complex product hierarchy. I want to be able to generate a table of contents for the pricelist. I want major and minor group headings in the Table of Contents. The main report is around 60-100 pages.
Any suggestions / help / ideas would be most appreciated.
