How to do a Logon ID Challenge response? 1

I'm trying to access a 8800 CM5.2 via web interface and it's asking me for a response to a login ID challenge.

It's listing a product ID also.
 
only avaya can input the response. if you see this challenge it means you're using a login that you shouldn't be, unless you work for avaya. when the system is first installed (before it's licensed) you can use craft/craft01, but once it's been licensed you need a new login - craft will not let you in.

Customer logins can be setup to use challenge / response. This is not restricted to Avaya services logins. If this is not an Avaya services login you are trying to login with, you will have to use the ASG key that was setup for the login.
