How to do a config backup for my Catalyst Express 500-24LC Switch

Hi to all Cisco Experts here

I am a windows guy with little experience with Cisco Switch. This morning after I make some changes (changes of VLAN) of my Catalyst Express 500-24LC Switch by using Cisco Network Assistant Software Version 3.1 from my Windows XP SP2 desktop PC. I cannot find way to backup my configure (after I have made the changes) either to my TFTP server or to my local PC.

Please help.
